I need an application to run on Windows able to: -open a txt file with extension .tap or .nc, the file can be up to 20 Mb -find all values following the character Z and do some math operation with those values, see attached file. -save the file with a new name chosen by the user, same extension with the new computed values -the arithmetic operation to be done shall be modified if necessary from the user interface (txt boxes or selectors) I would prefer the code to be written in c#, compiled application and source code are part of the deliverables
