delphi 6 app disable rdp for one user

Hi, as far as i understand you want this tool to enable/disable access to local user via RDP. Also for "all" Windows versions I assume Windows XP and newer. The challenge here for me is an older version of Delphi, pretty much nothing else that's why i set my proposal to 3 days max. I know how to achieve this with Windows API, basically it is a user right that can be managed in similar way it is done with Group Policy Editor. I'm ready to code.
