Need help with a SOAP compability issue calling a .NET webservice from Axis2 client

We are using axis2 client to call a .NET webservice. First we had an issue when our Axis2 client was using Soap 1.2, whereas the .NET webservice used Soap 1.1. Then after reconfiguring the WCF to use SOAP12 constants it worked. However, it does not work if we use https with authentication. So we need help make it work.
