Python/Django - User answers a quiz, back-end calculate results send email to user.

I need to make a Django Project. Page 1. Button to start the quiz. Page 2. The quiz will have 10 questions, with 5 answers(radio button) for each(with different scores for each answer). Page 3. User input his e-mail. Page 4. "Thank you! Check your e-mail to see your result). The back-end should calculate how many points the user made and send to his e-mail. Example: 1. The user enters in my webpage. 1.1 The first page shows a welcome message and user press "Start Quiz" button. 1.2 The second page has 10 questions with 5 options each. Example: "How you feel today?" a) "Bad" = 1 points(this scorage will not be shown) b) "Fine" = 2 points(this scorage will not be shown) c) "Great" = 3 points(this scorage will not be shown) 1.3 User select option "c" 1.4 User answers the rest of the questions in the quiz and click in "Finish quiz" 2. The page will ask for the user to input his email to get the result. 2.1. Back-end will sum the points for all the answers and clasify the user for one of 3 result profiles. 2.2. Back-end will send an email for the user with the answer for his profile(based on the test score). The End. IMPORTANT: [login to view URL] development has to be made in a way that in the Control Panel(my sugestion is to use Constance) it will have an app that loads the question, answers and score for each answer based in a excel worksheet(properly formated). I will attach an example of what I mean for this sheet. 2. The development has to be made with Python + Django. 3. I suggest you to make the front-end with Django Admin Tools, but if you are able to make a basic and friendly template for this it will be a differential.
