Software Dev Kiosk

Please Read before responding: I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows, and iPad or Android. I'm looking for someone that has experience with creating a payment kiosk. Im not sure exactly the best way to design it so it's easy to use. What i would like is a home page with a few basic lines of information. intro to kiosk and basic instructions. And under that I want to have the option to add icons. The icons will be the logo of specific organization's. under each logo I should be able to write a few basic lines for description. example. logo for the local soup kitchen. and two three lines under it just to write a few words. I want to have the option to add as many logos we want. Now, each logo should link to a payment page for that organization. With a header with enough space to write about the organization. under that you will put a form. Name address city state zip phone email. options to check off mail, email or text receipts. There should be a option to be able to setup the merchant account for each organization separately. with the code of each organization's credit card merchant code needed. I'm also thinking it would be cool to have a credit card, and check reader. also maybe a printer. I will first need to buy the hardware for one. it can not be to large. we want to be able to put it in public lobbies. That's why I'm thinking of an iPad or even a regular smaller touch screen.
