I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using C or C++. I need someone can work on Arduino uno wifi to doTasks and Requirements:1). Developer will produce testing metrics and apparatus to record the time it takes for:a. Command for control program to reach robot operation program.b. Robot to read from sensors.c. Data to be sent from robot to server.2). Developer will produce and conduct a testing plan to test data transfer protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.) and accompanying results report.3). Developer will produce and conduct a testing plan for data transfer API (REST, JSON, XML, etc.) and accompanying results report.4). Developer will employ an algorithm or PID loop to predict the current articulation of the pan and tilt (adjusted for latency) and display result in simple web-based interface.5). Developer will verify prediction results by comparing them to actual data record and produce a report.
