To do that the printer needs to has a netwrok port or attached and assign an ip address for it to connect with other devices.

I do this job More More times and it is easy for me to set up a printer on network to be shared on the same Network I'm the man of it try me

I can do that job without any problems, as I've been dedicated for 20 years to configuring networks and workgroups in Windows environments. I can't find the mentioned attached image in the requirement.
