I have two files (attached) that have a list of DMAs with a count of prospects per DMA. I need these to be converted to a map image that has circles to represent the different DMA"s and counts (e.g., dot for less than 5, circle for 6 - 10, larger circle for 11-15, even larger circle for 16 - 20 and largest circle for 21+. Can also differ by color if that helps readability. We hired another freelancer to try to do it so you'll see his map in one of the docs but he couldn't get it to work as described above. Instead, we have just one circle per state and cities aren't shown. Need produced in two days time.

Hi I'm not sure why your previous freelancer could not do this as it seems like a fairly straightforward job to me. I would aim to use ArcGIS to complete the task and suppy the information in PDF. If there is a problem with this then please let me know and I will happily look into alternatives. I would be happy to complete this project for very little money as I am looking to gain some positive reviews in the short-term in order to make it easier to get jobs in the long-term. I will be busy for the next 12 hours but would be happy to get started immediately after this time and I am sure that I could get the work completed very quickly. Many thanks Dan Cooke
