HI - I'm currently doing similar work for a company in Australia - where I am based. I am confident in the ability to write the job adverts, post the jobs, screening etc. Unfortunately given the time difference it may be difficult to conduct the phone screens therefore this is the only step I cannot complete. On the other hand I can conduct the reference checks and any closing out required. I have adjusted my bid to reflect the above however this bid is based on a certain number of positions. I would need to scope out the work properly once I understand the number of positions and work involved.

I can design your job scorecards in Trello or any ATS based on your criteria
