I'm in need of technical support for setting up Zoom Events hybrid conferences and stand alone webinars. My main challenges center around setting up these broadcasts and technical issues throughout. The angle I'm aiming for is having smooth-running, professional hybrid conferences and webinars without any technical hitches. As part of the job, you'll need to: - Bring experience in facilitating the Zoom Events platform (not normal Zoom webinars and meetings) - Solve any potential technical issues regarding the setup process - Ensure seamless connectivity and broadcast stability Prior experience with Zoom Events is absolutely essential. Efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are also paramount for this role. If you have the skills and the knack for detail, I'd love to hear from you. The Conferences are in the following time zones - New Zealand and in Australia in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and you will need to be remote support for all. Perfect English is required. There is tech support in the room but they seem to have no Zoom Events experience and are having difficulties.
