Bring advertisers and sponsors on medical community website(repost)

We need a professional who brings paying advertisers (medical companies) on our medical website. ## Deliverables We run a website for radiology professionals that has meanwhile 10.000 members. We want to start offering advertisements/sponsorship which are targeted to our members. Basically advertisers would be any medical companies who are involved in the field of radiology (device manufacturer, software and service provider etc). You need to be somewhat experienced in the medical business field to get this job done - otherwise it might be tough for you. We pay everybody who brings in a new advertiser $1000 PLUS 10% of the advertisement value the advertiser signed for. Advertisements will start at $1000 for the smallest banners and up to $10.000 for the main advertisement sections. (We have many affiliated medical sites that could be enrolled too) Based on previous negative experiences when we paid upfront, we want to make sure that we don't pay into a money pit and will pay only AFTER the advertiser has paid us. It is up to you how much effort, time and resources you bring in to make the advertisers sign the contract - we will only pay for "delivery" - which is the fee from the advertiser. We have multiple advertisement/sponsor opportunities which need to be discussed after we seem to establish a sense of confidence that you are the right person/company to do the job. Please do NOT contact us if you are one of the thousands SEO "specialists" who just contact companies and send emails. We don't want SEO enhancement!
