Do some 3D Modelling with materials and textures as reference

Hi, I need a freelancer to model some buildings with simple materials and textures also simple environment in 3ds max 2012-vray editable poly WORKED IN METERS as display and system unit setup, attached is the cad files, pdfs and renders of each project (2 projects). LOW BUDGET PAYMENT: 30% WHEN JOB FINISHED - 70% 20 DAYS AFTER FINISH THE JOB.
