Design an electric Neti Pot

Looking for someone to design a plastic Neti Pot that has the capability to boil water like an electric kettle. Would like it to function like an electric kettle with an internal thermostat to shut off automatically after reaching boil. Open to creative safety ideas that let the user know the water has cooled back down to a safe temperature for usage in nostrils. Would like the Neti Pot to be a standard size, so there's enough water for the user, but not so much boiling takes a long time. The key here is making this easy to transport. Neti Pots are inexpensive ($5 to $15). Electric kettles can be inexpensive ($10) and hold much more water. The goals here = safety, cost effective, easily transported.
