3d model checkup and correction

I have 2 almost identical models of a human head. There seems to be something wrong with one of the models (eyes and lip contours are not so "sharp"). I am looking for someone to check what is wrong with one of the models. It's probably something minor. The other thing I need is for that model to be reduced to 1 million polygons (so I can have it printed here [login to view URL] ). The model is already waterproof, and the walls are set to 3mm, but I would need you to check up on this. Pics of the eyes&lips problem are attached.
