VFX and Sketch Artist POST PRODUCTION MANAGER for Film

Hello - I'm working on a film project about the Syrian refugee crisis. In the film the characters create street art (graffiti, wheatpaste, and sketches) for murals on walls in public streets. These murals will be created in post-production using VFX special effects. I need someone to manage the process and collaboration between the VFX artist who will be inserting the images into video frames and the sketch artist who's job it will be to provide the artwork. Make sense? Your job is to manage and oversee the entire collaboration between these two people. Your job will be the following: 1) Help me find a skilled VFX artist who can achieve the special effects we need for the street art murals. You will be interviewing various candidates for VFX, understanding their skill sets, sending them a practice sample for them to work on and send back to us as a test sample. You need to make sure they can achieve the overall look and tone of what we are after. 2) You will be helping me to find a talented digital sketch artist who can create certain types of images and artwork we need for the film. It needs to be original artwork with examples that we will provide to them. 3) Once the VFX artist and the sketch artist have been hired for the project, you will oversee and manage the entire process of creating the special effects for the film. You will need to make sure that the VFX artist and sketch artist are communicating on a weekly basis and that the work is being completed in a timely manner and on deadline according to each of their needs.
