We have a requirement to transcribe live phone calls. These calls are typically 20 - 45 minutes. There are two main participants and sometimes a third minor participant. The transcriber will be on the call live from their preferred location (although unannounced and on mute) and NO RECORDING is permitted. Excellent English listening skills mandatory. The calls are not legal, but some minor jargon may be evident. Calls are generally made business hours in Australia. This is expected to be an ongoing requirement and it will generate steady stream of work over time.
Hi Sir,
We have a company here in the Philippines that can do that job for you. We have a qualified transcriber here and can give you a 100% quality. If you are interested just drop me a message and I would be happy to entertain that. Thanks.
I have a flexible schedule so the time difference is of no consequence. I am available to start immediately. Your comment about the the calls not being "legal" I'm presuming you mean "legal" in the sense you do not need a legal background; however, I do have over 25 years of paralegal experience and transcribing depositions and court hearings. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I believe this is much related to my work before in a contact center. I worked as a relay operator doing outbound live calls for the deaf community in the U.S. What I do is I read what the deaf web caller types and in return, I type whatever the voice party says verbatim. Please send me more details regarding this job post. Thank you.
Dear Hiring Manager,
I have 25 years experience in medical and general transcription.
My work turnout is immediate and accurate. I can type 120 WPM.
Thank you for your consideration.
Hello Sir/Madam:
I would be interested to take up the opportunity to do this job on an ongoing basis. Please take a look at my PM and respond favorably.
Regards,
Vin
