As Mortgage Underwriter, I used to perform the following tasks and that experience will help with this opportunity • Review and analysis of all CIA documents and Collateral documents for final review of a file for Conventional loan transactions • Calculation of income, assets, and ratios of the borrowers. • Carry out Income, Assets, and Credit checks on every file from documents like Paystubs, Bank statements, Federal Tax returns, Credit reports, etc. • Maintaining a high standard of underwriting quality by following procedures and guidelines of FNMA.
