Hi. Are all the videos this short, or is this just a sample? Keep in mind, there's only so much that can be done for a video of this quality, but some contrast and color balance adjustments could work wonders. Plus, since the camera is not moving, the glitchy areas can be patched from frames when the glitch does not appear as much or at all. Some hand painting would be possible also. When upscaling to a higher resolution, you are stretching the video to cover areas where there was no information before, so the scaling algorithm has to make a best guess what to put there. Thus the blurry look of zoomed-in video. But again, if all the clips feature a fixed camera, it's easier to make manual adjustments than when you have a moving camera.
