The GTeam FZ LLC Executive Assistant - Dutch pays $30/hr, with a $1000 fixed price payment if your trial performance leads to a successful hire. Please note that we require signup or an existing affiliation with an approved staffing and payment platform that charges a percentage fee of your gross earnings that will impact your net payment. The pay rate for United States citizens and permanent residents is $24/hr to cover W-2 processing. Aurea is a new company founded on a simple mission: to turn the theory of intelligent business process management into practical, bottom line business results. The work in the Executive Assistant role primarily includes all aspects of executive administrative support for Aurea Executives in Brussels. The EA is expected to interact professionally with clients, promptly respond to requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanor and ideally has a background in an executive administrative role and customer service. Time and task management are a must. Balancing priorities in order ensure completion of projects and meeting deadlines are critical. The EA should demonstrate the ability to foresee problems and prevent them by taking action. The EA should utilize analytical skills and a broad understanding of business to effectively interpret needs. This EA should demonstrate flexibility in the face of change, projects a positive attitude at all times and is a team player. He/she should be able to multi-task on a day to day basis with administrative tasks, sales projects and customer interactions. The EA should exhibit sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction. He/she should be able to swiftly refer problems/issues to the appropriate person(s) when necessary and work effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance. In order to succeed, here are the critical, "must-have" requirements that you should have: Candidate should demonstrate exceptional listening skills - the most important act of communication. Candidate should speak with confidence using clear language in Dutch, English and French. Candidate should produce professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors in Dutch, English and French. Candidate should demonstrate ability to quickly adapt to new technology. Candidate should have experience with reporting and Salesforce is a plus. Candidate should have 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience. How to qualify: Show us who you are. Sorry, this part is not paid, but it won’t last more than a week, and if you’ve got the motivation, you’ll be done in a few hours. Try out the job. During a one-week fixed-price trial assignment, prove to us that we should give you the full-time position of 40 hours/week at the job’s hourly rate.
