c# emails with multiple attachments using SMTP

OTHERWISE YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE IGNORED We need a c# expert to work with our junior c# developer to create a windows console app. The console app will do the following: - Send an email using SMTP from from the app - One email template will be used, which will be read from a .txt file - different email addresses will be provided in a excel or csv file - Will add an different attachment to each emails - The attachment name will be read from a excel or csv file - The attachment will have the same name as the unique ID of the email address that is located in an excel or csv file. - Every recipient will receive the same email with different attachment according to the ID number. (see bellow the example) - Must have the capacity to send up to 3000 different addresses - We want to set the program running and forget it and the program should send all the email. - Should be able to finish within 1 day. We need a developer who can help us finish the program. You will need to work with a junior c# programmer to complete the job. Successful candidate will be taken to work with us straight away finish the work Saturday all day or Sunday evening Australian time. To be successful you should be able to demonstrate your ability by finishing the initial project over skype with us. If you are successful we will involve you in more projects. We want a quick and dirty solution that does the job in c#. We would prefer to get the job done by the end of Saturday. If you have already have some program that does the job we will be happy to pay you for your program. But in that case we must try before we take any program to see it does what we need.
