We have web application that has been written for use with ASP 3.0 . We need this application to be done in VB.Net and MS SQL server 2000. We have database layout and examples of all web forms that need to be created. Requirement: Complete source code will be WELL DOCUMENTED via inline comments. What each variable, function and task is, does, and WHY, will be identified and described. The code will be organized to use FUNCTIONS/PROCEDURES This is very similar to help desk application. The idea is that users who belong to the different departments can send request/ticket to another department .They also able to view tickets for their department and work with tickets. Web forms: [login to view URL] screen with “Join Here “button and “Remember me” checkbox [login to view URL] page/ datagrid with link to Ticket detail form(5) - history of tickets created by use with their title and status [login to view URL] ticket for the department / datagrid with link to Ticket detail form(5) – self explanatory [login to view URL] tickets for the department/ datagrid with link to Ticket detail form(5) – self explanatory [login to view URL] details – include 5.1 info about user who submitted ticket , title of the ticket , message in the ticket , date submitted. 5.2 Progress details : responder name and action taken 5.3 Update ticket textbox [login to view URL] Ticket request – similar to 5.3 plus combobox with Departments selection.
