Paypal Instant purchase integration for auction payments

I am looking to use Paypal's Instant Purchase Notification feature to offer my customers a link where they can go to download a product. Paypal has detailed instructions on how to do this, there's a VB file that needs to go on my webpage but I don't know how to set it up. The idea is that when somebody wins one of my auctions on ebay they will get the link automatically instead of waiting for me to email it to them. If you are interested in bidding for this job please read the Paypal help files before bidding so that you know what it's about. The perfect solution to this for me would be for you to create a bit of software that can be used as an interface. The user would input the webpage name and site login details and the software would go and install it on the website. I don't know if this is possible, but if you can deliver the software as a application I would be very interested to hear from you.
