I need a freelancer who can work onsite in Los Angeles, CA for 3 months on a project. Day to day support of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connections, and Cusco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) Support of Cisco router (voice gateways), switch, and firewall infrastructure Support of voice prioritization and class of service Client and site to site VPN management and administration Design and implementation of new and existing unified communications technologies Create and maintain network and infrastructure documentation Implementation planning and project oriented work for new technologies The desire to continually train and upgrade skills related to current and future technologies and act as an advisor to management regarding any potential upgrades of unified communications technologies
