I'm looking forward to developing a WebApp named "GuardianTree", primarily intended for the protection and reporting of trees in urban areas. This App should be compatible with all browsers and must be usable from both desktops and mobile phones. GuardianTree is a webb application designed to empower users to become guardians of trees in their communities and actively participate in the preservation of local green spaces. This app facilitates the identification, mapping, and protection of trees while providing a platform for users to report illegal interventions such as unauthorized tree cutting. Key Features: 1. Mapping and Location Services: GuardianTree integrates mapping services, allowing users to mark the location of trees on a digital map with precision. Users should easily navigate through the map interface to identify and select trees of interest. 2. Image Recognition (optional in Beta version): The app incorporates image recognition capabilities, enabling users to capture and upload pictures of trees directly from their mobile devices. AI algorithms analyze uploaded images to identify tree species and assess their health status. 3. User Authentication and Management: GuardianTree includes robust user authentication mechanisms to ensure secure access to the app. Users can register accounts and become guardians of specific trees within their vicinity. 4. User Roles: - Administrator: The WebApp needs to include an admin role with privileges to manage users, edit or verify reports, update species database, etc. Experience in creating secure admin systems with robust access control is a must. - Tree Inspector: This role should have customized features to review and track incidents reported by users, and add their observations. - Public User: A role for the public to register, report incidents, and use species identification. Your experience in similar roles and understanding of the user experience would be greatly appreciated.
