Need SEO work for animal site

First of all thanks for taking the time to read my ad: I have an animal related website that I developed on my own and it gets some traffic but it is in need of seo work. I have a list of about 15 keyword phrases that I want to target and the goal of the project is to get my site on the first page of Google, MSN, and Yahoo. I have deleted my previous post due to many unqualified and unread postings so please in your response please state the following: reading test passed I would like to pick one of you to perform this work for me and I would agree to place the funds for the work into an escrow account and I would release the funds upon reaching certain targets. If you are able to accomplish this seo work for me I would be interested in hiring you full time to work on my network of websites so this could develop into a full time job if you are able to do top SEO work.
