Convert a Template to Website using HTML5, CSS, and JQuery 2.0

Hi, I am looking for a web designer that can take a template along with all the images already made and create a site using HTML5 and mostly CSS. I will give images, fonts, and color which will be converted into 2 pages (2 html files and 1 css file preferred). The width is set at 760px. 1. Main page (? image will go to About page) 2. About page There will also need to be some event calls so experience with JQuery 2.0 is necessary. I will also use fancybox 3.0 as a pop-up so some experience with fancybox is preferred but not necessary ([login to view URL]). Below is a list of all the event calls needed: 1. Cycle through list of dates every 30 sec with changing color radio buttons 2. onclick radio buttons for list of dates stops cycle 2. onclick link highlights word (clicking action will be done by me after project completion) 3. onclick calendar brings up calendar control (your choice to use HTML5 or JQuery UI calendar) 4. onclick on Add Gift image will popup fancybox (content within fancybox will be completed by me) 5. onclick on any of the squares/images will popup fancybox (content within fancybox will be completed by me) 6. onclick Suggested Gifts will popup fancybox (content within fancybox will be completed by me)
