I need to create a website similar to existing website, the code should follow w3 standards and cross browser compatible. And it should be created as a responsive site using HTML5 and CSS3, so that it can adapt to the device view port. This is a simple project as it has a minimal design, the date of completion should be 3 days, so bid according to that. I'll be using HTML5 / CSS to create new website for you. Which means it will be visible on all devices (desktop, tablet / lap top and mobile) and of course all browsers. Modern responsive layout, with web 2.0 look and feel and user friendly navigation. Even more, if you are interested, I will set up test server where you can see my idea about website and work on it until you are happy before I'm awarded for this project.
