We need consulting and optimization for one of our sites. Our site has PR4 several backlinks. Soon we expect to increase this number and to achieve PR5-6. You will have full access for changes in the site and restricted access for changes in the sites that link to our site. We can discus some reasonable additional expenses (not for the consultant or his affiliates) for link building from respected sites; additional domains; writing additional pages etc. No dangerous techniques, linkfarms, cloaking, overoptimisation etc. Please provide your plan with the bid. Please give us a references for your previous experience in SEO. Basic Goals: Consistent placement in Google top 5 or 1st for Yahoo/MSN for 3 words phrase for the main [login to view URL] keyword from those 3 should be highly relevant of the topic and not too specific. We will give more information for those interested. 2-3 pages of the site in Google top 3 or 1st for Yahoo/MSN for 4 words phrases. If you succeed with this project you have great chance to be awarded for 4-5 similar projects.

I will give set you up with 100 permanant inbound links (for one targeted keyword) from at least 10 different domains.(Sites that I own) I can also make you some relevant forum and weblog posts(not spam highly relevant posts) at various online communities. I will write 1 page of SEO copy. I will not gaurentee any rankings on search engines. I'm not offering you any quick fixes, I have been optimizing my personal home page for almost one year and it's only been #1 on Yahoo for about 4-6 weeks.
