Super modern mobile friendly blog

Hi everyone. I need a customized travel blog on Wordpress. You have to install Wordpress on my domain. It has to be extremely mobile-friendly because most of the readers will see the blog from their smartphones. It needs to be very clean and simple, yet it needs to have a few features. One thing is a button where you submit photos directly to my email, where you have a few boxes to click in. For example newsletter box, once you click the newsletter box then a new form comes and you write your email and submit the photos with your email. I have a famous account on Instagram where people send me photos from all over the world and now I want to expand it to a blog as well. So when people send me photos they can choose where they want them to be uploaded. They should all be able to do it from the blog. When people click SUBMIT a box will come. Where it says: Where do you want this photo to be uploaded? Facebook [X] Instagram [ ] Blog [X] It doesn't matter [ ] Then they click which one they prefer. Where is this photo taken? Example: Paris, France What do you want for credits? Username on Instagram: BlaBla What is your FB address? What is your full name? After that a newsletter box comes up. 'Would you like to receive special offers and news to your email?' If so please enter your email in this box: Thanks for joining our newsletter, we love you! :] All this has to be very mobile-friendly. Any questions, just ask. This project has to be done asap!
