Magento website from Virtuemart

I have a client who is currently using Joomla and Virtuemart 1.0.x for eCommerce. I want to: - Migrate all published products, categories, images and customers to Magento (latest community edition) - Create two sites, so the product catalogue can be divided between sites - Set up sites to be available from one URL each (each has it's own domain) - Apply template, which I will supply (Rockettheme) - each site will use the same theme but with slight variations to make them unique. - Set up the payment gateway already used (eWay) to work for both stores. Effectively I'm looking for a complete migration service, although I will enter static content and do the template tweaking. Thanks, Matt
