Oracle Application

I am looking for someone who can develop a prototype application using Oracle Application Express formerly called HTML DB. This prototype would consist of 4 screens based on 4-5 tables and would require basic functionality and navigation between the screens and the ability to add/edit data and filter the data on the main page. This is a prototype and is needed quite soon, but I would like to get someone who is interested in doing more work on this same project over the next few weeks. Once the prototype is developed I would be looking for someone to build the full working version.
