Hi, I want to build a pop app that allows online chats. It needs to work with IE, Chrome and Safari. should work on a computer web browser or on a device. I have attached the specs below. Hi, I have gone through the power point document and it seems like a support chat system... Can you tell me the purpose of this system? Support or Casual Chat? I am expert in jquery and ajax, with additional skills of css and responsive design. 1. it will take 4-5 days to develop and test the app 2. it will cost $500 3. It can take up to a month to become completely bug free and usable. I'll use HTML5/JS and be sure to not use any 3rd party libraries. I'll provide you with a few JS variable that you can change on the go and the chat module will react to them live.
