Convert a Template to a Website

I have an automated excel spreadsheet that lets me put in a project end date then it populates all my tasks going backwards. It's a work back schedule. It's similar to a Gantt chart. I need: - Excel document to work as a web page. - Must be able to customize fields with colors and text. - Must be able to add and remove lines rows. - Can add end date but then all dates are populated based on the amount of weeks selected for that task to go for. - Must be able to save it within the website, so likely needs a backend DB and a way to set up user accounts with username and password. - Must be able to export as PDF. - Must be able to set project end date and auto-populate tasks going backwards to today. - I have excel file which will be shared. - Need assistance to find cheap web space to host. - No domain name needed as being used for internal use. - Full control of all code and full rights to be given to me and not retained by you.
