Design a Website Mockup

I need someone to create PSD designs of an email module for my website. I will provide the attached webpage template in PSD format. The email elements should be in the center column and may include: Inbox folder Sent folder Trash folder Compose message Read inbox, sent, or trashed message Reply to message Unread messages should look different than read messages (perhaps highlighted or bold). When reading a message in the inbox, sent, or trash folders, the user should have a button or option to block the user that sent them the message. Templates are okay as long as lifetime licensing is available and any costs are agreed upon. If you are interested in this project, please provide an example of an email design you have done and answer the following questions: 1. How many pages do you think the email module will require? 2. What is the fixed price you will charge to design all the email pages? If you do a good job I will be able to use you for other design projects as well. If you are interested in future work, please answer the following questions: 1. How much will you charge to design a single page, assuming you will be able to use the PSD template I provide and are given a detailed mock-up and instructions? Keep in mind, I may have to ask for a couple minor revisions. 2. How much do you charge per hour for design work that is less than an entire page? Thank you for your consideration.
