Looking for a Partner

Hi im new to freelancer. I own three domains which I feel have got a great chance of being very profitable. Two domains that I own, one cost me $6000 which I bought last year and the other one I bought 5 years a go for $1500 and this second one is probably worth a lot more now. The third domain is up and running now, has a great website design it just needs a strategy to generate sales, whether this is through snail mail marketing or paying for facebook add etc I am looking forsome who can advise me on some great ways of making money. This is a unusual request but I am looking for a UK or U.S person who is willing to help me to impliment a strategy for profitability. I am also looking for someone who can help me rank for keywords very quickly but must be organic and long lasting. The aim is that I turn these websites in to full time and grow them. I am not looking to pay for someone services but I am looking to give a percentage of my business/websites a way to someone. I am looking to partner with someone and build trust. i understand for most people this may not be of interest to you. If you are interested in knowing more and the websites I own then I look forward to you contacting me. I am looking to find someone who is more experienced than me and who could help turn these websites in to profitable machines. In return I am willing to pay a percentage of my earnings to you on a monthly basis. I am sure we could agree on something that meant once I started earning I start paying you.
