We need to construct a website that holds a maturity model for IoT users in DK. A mock up shows the basic layout of the website. The work to be done is: - Create html/css for site and make forms, windows, text boxes etc. according to design - Create js that calculates a score based on user input - The score should be presented as per mock up, but is based on three individual questionaires. All of them score form 8-80 (8 questions with a min score of 1 and a max score of 10). The result should be converted to a percentage (see mock up) - Colorcodes are specified in mock up as well - A total of 4 "pages" are to be constructed. Users should click "Næste" (= Next) in order to advance through complete questionaire. - The final page shows the result and should be presented as per mock up. It should also be possible to download complete report (pdf) if user enters details (only then = required) - The graphical part of the score page should be coded so that it answers to the user input and responds with the correct score for each topic (three in total). - There is an overall barometer for the maturity score (arrow-like shape on last page in mock up). This should also respond to user input and present score accordingly.

It seems mostly same kind of work as we did before, so placing bid with same amount. Just one query, do we also need to consider download result part to be done ? If yes we need to do this at back end , php or asp.net ?
