I need to build a crypto currency website

We are setting up a new blockchain and a mining pool just like Etherium We are setting up DAO smart contracts for making and ICO/IPO, IBO, IEO, NPO on our exchange / marketplace. This will be similar to the ERC20 tokens, one token = 1 share. The coin will be tradable so needs API We also want to do ALC smart contracts... were the data driven smart contracts are quite easy. You create a contract, with specific "questions" that users answer. The user will own that token. The collection on those tokens towards that smart contract will create a data pool that companies want to buy... for example... do you like comedies, yes/no. are you make/female, how old are you? Then this collection of token can be sold as an ALC contract on our exchange. The owners of the token will get a equal % after the ALC owner is paid. MIMIC tower security is a communication platform, we might want to skip this for now. But basically I need a way to encrypt data from yourself... But we can make this out of scope for now as long as we can add it later. The exchange should work just like nasdaq with publicly traded companies and bond offerings, it also need to support funds that invest in crypto based companies like a decentralized hedge fund.
