Website building and marketing: Online booking of painting services

I have been operating a small sized 2 employee painting business for over a decade. I want to get more office painting jobs, by achieving the below 2 main goals: 1. I want people who want their offices painted, to be able to find my service online, amid all the clutter and competition from other painting service websites that are on Google's first page. 2. I want them to be able to book my painting service, after building a quote from my website, so that i am spending less time responding to quote requests and building quotes, and more time actually going to the customer's location to do the final quote verification AFTER the prospect has already decided to use my service, based on the quote amount they get online, from an automatic online quote creation and booking system. The above project would require someone who has actually built a platform within a website that builds a quote based on customer input, and books the job to be done. So for example: someone wants to paint his offices, which consist of 5 rooms (offices), 1 hallway, 2 washrooms and an entrance area, would enter basic info such as length and width and height of the areas in question, the current color, the desired new colour, the general condition of the walls, the number of doors to paint, etc. He could upload 3-4 photos of the areas in question, to help me verify his information about the condition of the walls, etc. Then I would call/email the prospect back to either: schedule a verification visit to finalize the quote price, or to confirm the colors and schedule of the job if the price seems reasonable. I already have the website registered as www.TheOfficePaintingCompany.com. I just need to make it more functional and be able to actually book jobs. Right now, the website is functioning just like a brochure, as most other painting services websites.
