Window Decal Design

I have a large space of clear glass at my company, and i would like to use it to put some (decal or stickers) to advertise what services i provide. The area is about 3 meters long and 2 meters wide. I would like a design with the same idea of the attached document (which i have made on paint) to cover the three meters in length and only 1.40 meters in height. + You will find that at the top what should look like that the design is basically fading into the clear glass (window). + Spaces with numbers should illustrate each service we provide as follows: 1- Insurance 2-Translation 3-Advertising 4-Public Services (I will provide photo for this later) 5-Print, Scan, & Copy 6-Visa Applications (Should include passport photo service) + Please use high quality photos and be creative !!! + The winner will get $30, and if the design was so great i will be generous ;) Good Luck people !!
