Remote IT Support. Must be available to work in Australia time zone and has a stable internet connection. • Manage technology projects • Help develop and implement best practices with M365, AAD,AD • Manage implementation, upgrades and updates of technology • Assist customers by phone, chat, Email and on-site with technology questions, setup and troubleshooting • Diagnose, fix and document computer/ network related problem and projects • Manage and follow daily schedule of tickets and projects • Create a user in Server 2019 Active Directory, with restricted logon hours • Join a windows 10 pro to Azure AD • Setup 2FA for a user on M365 • Explain (verbally) a non-technical person what the "cloud" is • Create a virtual machine on a Hyper-V host, from an ISO file located on a different computer on the network • Assist a small business with creating a BCDR solution with minimal downtime • Basic network troubleshooting, basic AD management, Advanced knowledge with MS365, Virus removal, Drive cloning, Hardware troubleshooting, and windows errors troubleshooting.
