Type up in work doc 2007 hand written notes

Hi, I have about 216 A4 or smaller sized pages with handwritten notes for chemistry and high level mathematics that I want reproduced in electronic format in word document. I'm wanting a freelancer who knows how to use word 2007 including how to use heading formats (e.g. level 1 heading, level 2 headings) that generate an automatic table of contents, they need to know how to format and create images using shape objects in word through creation of shapes and then grouping and ungrouping them. The freelancer will be given scanned copies of the handwritten notes and is responsible for recreating the notes in electronic form in Word document in a way which replicates the original in spirit and form. There are a number of graphs/charts so it is essential the the freelancer knows how to use shapes, drawing tool in word to create a professional document. The freelancer should re-check their work so that errors are minimised. I have put down an example of how I want the work to look like (clean and well presented), and also two examples of the handwritten notes.
