Repair Wordpress directories so that I am not in network violation with GoDaddy

Project Description: I posted this before as another project and then canceled it because I would rather not switch hosting. Instead I would like all my Wordpress directories repaired so GoDaddy doesn't suspend my account. This is the email GoDaddy sent me : "Dear Margaret Noble, Your [login to view URL] hosting account currently has an improperly configured directory structure. More specifically, the following exceeds the maximum 1,024 file/folder per directory count: 3212 -- /html/wp-content/uploads 2232 -- /html/educator/wp-content/uploads 2114 -- /html/blog/wp-content/uploads 2100 -- /html/educator_restore/wp-content/uploads 1188 -- /html/codingforart/wp-content/uploads/2013/06 Exceeding this 1,024 file/folder limit can affect our hosting administrators' ability to efficiently back up your hosting account, and adversely impacts the performance of global maintenance operations. Improper directory configuration can also cause file system latency, which reduces the responsiveness of all files contained on this shared server. This affects not only your web site but all other customer web sites utilizing this service. We understand that this was most likely not intentional. However, we must respectfully request that you make the necessary changes to your hosted website(s) configuration in order to maintain your per-directory file/folder count within the 1,024 limit. As we are not able to support custom scripting or the inner workings of third-party applications, we are unable to provide specific solutions. Therefore, we respectfully suggest the use of resources such as your favorite Internet search engine and Internet support forums associated with your hosted website application(s), etc., in order to further research this issue. *** IMPORTANT *** Please review and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
