Add some buttons to my Wordpress site

On my existing website, [login to view URL], add the "Pre-Order Now" buttons shown in the attached PDF template. Use the scripts below. The buttons must look exactly the same as in the template and open in pop ups. I will pay and give you an honest review after you complete the job as described and after you return my login access.
