Customize wordpress plugins tickera & update

Please apply if you have work with tickera plugins before. I need some1 to make that plugin so that each category or “school location” has its own checkout, so that for example if the category is "fort myers high school" and there is another category called "bonita springs high school", you can link each to its own payment gateway so that any events under that category go through the payment processor for that category. So each category can have its own payment gateway. Also, add the ability for county administrators to assign school staff users to these categories, and once they are assigned they can edit and create events, ticket types, and view attendees and orders but only for that category. They should only see their own data for the category they are assigned to, while the county administration level can see all the data for everything.
