Hi, My wordpress site had some problem in the database and the hosting provider restored the website from a backup. The hosting provider told me this, "On a note of housekeeping, if we would like to keep using this database directory as is, I will need to stop the MySQL database engine on and rename it so that we don't get confused later on down the road. Also, the table corruption that has plagued us over the past day is still present in this incarnation. It is not so severe as to keep your site from working now, but we will not be able to dump and restore the 'natedawg_com' database without these same problems. You will need for your developer to attend to this as soon as possible to prevent this from happening again.". I'd love a quote from you on taking an offline copy of the site and database and trying to figure out out where the corruption is and how to fix it. Once we know this, we could then make the changes to the site. ONLY AN EXPERT in MYSQL should apply. NO auto generated applications will be accepted. Mention, "SQL expert" at the beginning.
