Work today - Help with some date entry/uploading of PDFs to a website

Hello, thanks for checking this bid request. I need some immediate help, work to begin right away. Someone who pays attention to detail and can follow a process. The CMS is Wordpress The instructions are below, however there are more detailed instructions to be given to the right person. The process is: 1. Go to Dropbox folder (will be provided) 2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page, you will see a list of PDF’s and brochures going up the page. 3. Start with the bottom one. 4. Once you have clicked on the PDF, download this to your computer and save it. 5. Go into the website CMS using the details provided and go to media, then add new. Add this PDF or document within here. You will need to copy the URL because you will need this in the future. 6. Once you have done this, and then please refer to the spreadsheet titled ‘Copy of product vs brochures matrix’. Along the left hand, side of the spreadsheet there will be a list of products. Search where it says ‘Windmill Trailers’. Find Windmill trailers…Then follow over and look over the right hand side and see where there is an X within that row. The X shows what page this PDF should be shown on the website. So the Windmill trailers is only within the trailers page. 7. Go back to the website CMS. Go to Products. Search for the relevant page. As this example search for ‘Trailers page’. On all pages that have trailers in the title. Could you add them to this page. For trailers there is 4 pages. 8. Press edit under the title. Once on the product page, about half way down there is a section called ‘Product Specifications’. Its here that you need to place a piece of code that will be provided to you. 9. Then hit update and it is done. The page you have just edited should look like this [login to view URL]~wwwsourc/?products=source-supply-vehicles. With the PDF appearing on the right hand side like this. 10. If you can start at the bottom of the dropbox, page and work your way up.
