Website CSS/Styling for copy Required ASAP

We require some CSS/styling for our website copy The site is in a sandbox area and is visible at [login to view URL] We require stylign for all pages and sections. the copy for all pages/sections will be provided in word format. Ideally we would liek a professional look/feel to the copy/ layed out in two columns per page and section. The copy should all have the same formatting, to keep uniformity on the site. FTP access wil be provided to the winning bidder. Example of previous CSS/styling will be required so we can make a informed decision. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
