This document outlines the requirements of an iPhone application for our customers. The app is intended to provide users with the ability to search the properties held by an estate agent, while also providing offline functionality and appropriate branding. This is not a web app, it is to be a standard app that simply uses web data to populate it. The basic concept of the app is that it will download and cache an XML file (as well as associated property images) from our server and provide a front end for this data to make it user searchable. The app will provide contact details for the estate agent and "find on map" functionality for their offices and the properties listed. Further specifications will be provided to the successful bidder.
