To create a basic XSLT to convert a string to date format

Hi, As I understand, you have an xml file with <Time> fields formatted as <Time>05:30:00 PM - 07:45:00 AM</Time> and you would like an xslt template that will covert them to <Time>05:30 pm - 07:45 am</Time> The seconds field should be truncated (cut off) and the AM/PM should become lowercase. I can write an xsl transform that makes this change.
