Need a video editor for long form YouTube video. The editor should be able to deliver projects in 2 days . It's a long term project. Each video will be 7-10 mins long, expected time to edit is 2 days maximum. Initially the pay will be very basic ,but with time it will grow based on skillset.

If you look at the source data example below of home price appreciation since 1942, it has not increased only 7 years in the last 80 years. Then when you factor in that most 1st time homebuyers only put down 3.5% of the purchase price with their own cash...
